First the Leather Bound Planner went Digital and now its also Mobile!

Opus Domini is Time Management for the digital era where you can visualize a single day’s schedule, your monthly goals and your mission, all in one place all in your iPad or iPhone.

Opus Domini Mobile Pro has 5 different sections:

The Daily Tasks where you can see all tasks that you want to or have to get done by today, perfectly organized by priority using a Letter-Number Code (A1, B2, B4, C4) and you can add little notes to them such as the telephone where to RSVP, the presentations you need to take to the meeting, the groceries list for the “Buy groceries” task. On this section you will also be able to view your scheduled appointments, set a reminder, add a note and much more. Moreover each day you will be provided with a blank space for general, 6-day weather forecast and inspirational quotes. And if you don’t like the extras you can just turn these off on your general preferences.

A Master Task section where you add all the tasks that don’t yet have a due date (you can also prioritize these) along with a nice weekly, weekend, monthly or yearly planning view. So when you finally sit down to plan the weeks ahead you can just choose the tasks from the list and distribute throughout the calendar. This will help you make sure all are included yet your weeks seem balanced. Or you prefer, you can divide each master task in little subtasks that can be transformed into daily tasks with a due date each. You can also add a planner for each Master Task where you can place additional information.

-	Compass section for all of those who plan their days not just by the clock or according to a tight schedule. This section allows you to identify the different sides of your life and then write down what is that you want to achieve or improve on each of these: get fit, spend more time with family and friends, develop a habit, etc. You can even look at this as your very own manifest! This section works on a weekly basis so your daily planning (and prioritizing tasks) will be made easier. In a sense by doing this you will know what is truly important to you when choosing between visit a prospect client or having the monthly sales meeting, or deciding weather to skip the gym to have dinner with friends will be easier because you have your goals at hand.

You can also track the progress on each item, and don’t worry if you didn’t complete all of them, you can forward them to the next week just with a click.

-	Goals. A section where you can write down all the things you want to achieve within a time frame or not. Want to run a marathon, graduate with honors or be a Top100 Company by next year. Write these down! And keep track of your progress so you will stay motivated. You may have not-so-future-goals such as: eating healthy at least three times a week, saving $$$ for a trip, reading a book or having 5 new clients. In this case, if you wish, you can do even more by connecting Goals and Daily Tasks - Now each Monday, Wednesday and Friday you will have a task named “Eat Healthy” “Workout” or “Deposit $10 to Savings Account”

-	Mission, Vision and Values. A section for the savvy planner or dreamer in each of us, where you can write where you are now and where you want to be in 5, 10 or 20 years.

Lewis Carroll said once (and many people in management will agree) that if you don't know where you are going then it doesn't matter which way you go, any road will get you there. So keep in mind that Rome wasn’t made in a day and remember that some of the most famous theme parks worldwide started with a mouse.

In summary, Opus Domini Mobile is not just a Calendar, Task List or Diary kind of App, is all of those in one and so much more.
