If your Opus One Apps are not playing nice between them, here is a step by step on how to correct common scenarios:

1. Check that your subscriptions are recognized as active.  Here is a link on how to check for MacOS:

To verify that the subscription is activated is Opus One for Mac, please check the following:

1 - From within Opus One, Select Store from the Top Menu

2 - Select "Become a Pro" submenu

3 - Check that the bottom left button says "Subscription is Active"

4 - If button says "Activate", please press the button and wait for any messages.

Opus One uses you iCloud account to save your subscription information. So please make sure your other devices are using the same iCloud account.

In case your Cloud is not activated. Please click on "Activated Cloud"

If you have problem syncing with your iPhone or iPad. Please follow the steps below:

1. Open Opus One app in your iPhone.

2. Open the side menu and select settings.

3. Select Become a Pro.

4. Verify that the blue button says "Active" and not "Activate"

 

 

If the blue button says "Activate" press the "Activate" button and check for any error messages.Make sure you are logged in to your iCloud account in your iPhone settings.

If you still have synchronization problems, please try to click on "Restore Purchases".
